Print ticket only for the main event

Hi all,

I’m working on a conference website that have many sessions / workshops in it. To accommodate those workshops, I created 1 ticket for the conference and other free tickets for each workshop. The question is, is it possible to just print the main conference ticket even though the registrant choose many workshops? Because they don’t need to show ticket to join workshops, they just need to show the main ticket to join all workshops in the conference.

Hello Joanne,

There’s no way to exclude some tickets from the ticket URL that is generated (or conditionally include certain tickets). However, I like this idea and will add it to our feature backlog.

Here’s a workaround for now:
First thing, you should make the MAIN conference ticket required (if you haven’t already done so). Next, modify the wording of the notifications so it indicates that only the main ticket for the conference is needed.
