Print Ticket Addon Questions

Hi I have two questions regarding this addon:

1) Is there a way to have the paper ticket option for some events but not others? (Events going on at the same time)

2) Is there an option to assign tables to tickets? For example, tickets 1-10 assigned to table, 1, tickets 11-20 assigned to table 2, and so on.

Hi, you could turn off the global ticket notice message type by removing the shortcodes from the TO fields for the primary registrant and the registrant.

Then create a custom ticket notice and assign it to an event.

You would need to create a custom ticket notice for each event that you would like the tickets to be sent for. Otherwise, no ticket notice emails will go out.

Assigning tickets to tables isn’t currently a feature in Event Espresso.

I have exactly the same question as 1). However, the TO field in the ticket notice (and as I notice several other messages) actually IS empty and the messages are sent nevertheless. I guess they take the (primary) registrant as default. Is this possible? If so, how to proceed to supress the ticket notices?

Hi Joost,

Have you checked the To: fields for both types of recipients? Here’s a screenshot that shows how where you switch recipients in the Ticket notice template editor:
