Why isn’t it possible to print out the Attendee Info Sheet?

I have a day camp, and need to print out multiple copies of the exact info on that page to give to camp counselors, and to keep on record at the camp.  I see that the info is extractable through excel, but I’m not a programmer, so this does not help me at all. Is there a work around?

Yes, there are several other options to print out the info sheet that don’t involve excel.

If you’re on a Mac, there’s Numbers.

There are other cross platform options like CSVFileView, OpenOffice, and any other application that can open a CSV file or and .xls document.

I’m on a PC, I have open office. I can open the document, but in-order to get what I need, I need to copy and past every single field. I intend to have thousands of registrations for my various programs over the course of the year and I will need to print a physical copy of each persons individual  registration details. This is kind of ridiculous. I just need to print an exact replica of the Attendee Info page. It’s already set up all perfectly, why no print option?

Is there something I can do that would email me the data when a client registers their account?

Hi Kim,

There’s a print button in the browser under the File menu. Or you can use CTRL + P to print the current page/active pane.

I tried that, I also tried to turn the page to PDF file. It prints everything EXCEPT the customers information.

Maybe we can come up with something that will email you when they register a new account. What are the details you’re looking to add to the New user registration notification?

Great! The  link below will bring you to the registration page (There are 5 different sessions, the first CIT has different questions then the rest). You can see all the fields there. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I’m sorry, I thought you were looking to add information to the admin email for new user registrations, not event registrations. Event Espresso automatically sends registration summary emails to the email address entered in Event Espresso>General settings that includes the information filled out on the event registration form. Are you not receiving those?

I did not realize there were attachments, forget it, problem solved.

I did not realize there were attachments either. The attendee information should be in the email message body. Is that the case for the emails you are getting?

The body of the emails are blank, there is an attachment that is a html/text file. I have to download it it, and it opens in a new browser window. It is printable. Im using webmail (Horde) I have issues with html sometimes. I forwarded that email to my hotmail and I can see it in the body.

Were all good, Thanks.
