Hi,
Under my tickets I sent to visitors I added a link to print the tickets on paper. After clicking on the link a pop-up appears with a preview of the manual print. Unfortunately the layout is without picture and QR-code. The last one is necessary!
The reason could be that the QR-code is colored white, but also the text is white and on the preview grey. What can be the solution to get the QR-code (and probably the picture) on the manuel print?

Unfortunately the layout is without picture and QR-code. The last one is necessary!
Browsers automatically disable background images by default and with your setup up the browser automatically considers those backgrounds.
You can see this by viewing the ‘More settings…’ within the browsers print dialog.

In short, this relates to the way you have your tickets set up and how browsers will choose to print them.

I have to also to find out the different size of the print-out, but anyway,thanks for you fast support on this!
