I cannot seem to figure out how to get the Class Registrants address/city/state/zip to show in the email. Using <h2>Registrant Details:</h2> All other information comes through except for the address. Also, is there a way to pull the company field from this page, and not the Admin Company name? |
Hi there, Which message are you editing? [COMPANY] parses to the Event Organizations company name, if you have created a custom question to collect the company name (looks like you have) you’ll need to use the:

shortcodes depending on which message your editing. So if your custom question is called ‘Company Name’, the shortcode would be: [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Company Name] For the address fields you do not appear to be collecting any address information on the registration form. Edit your event and select the ‘Address information’ question group for the primary attendee – http://take.ms/bcYsX Update the event and EE will request the address information. The address you provide within the payment method is sent to your payment provider, EE does not use that information. |

So, the payment information cannot be pulled into the email? The address is asked for on the payment page. Since I am using [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_LNAME] /email/phone and it is pulling through, are those coming from the payment form? |
No, the registration data is used within the registration emails.
No. The Primary Registrant is the users details that are entered on the registration step, so the details being pulled into the email are from these fields – http://take.ms/T5JGV |

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks for the help. Is there a way to assign the Address Information to ALL classes without going into every individual class? |
Hello, Question groups such as the address question group are assigned on a per-event basis so you would need to enable that for each event. It appears in the bottom right area of the event editor and looks like this: — |
