Pricing to be determined

My company recently purchased Event Espresso v3.1.33.3P. We have Word Press v3.5.2. Our goal is to list all of our events on our website. The issue I am running into is the pricing. We don’t have all of the pricing set up yet. I am trying to have the pricing say “To Be Determined” but instead the event comes up as free. I have been scouring the forums. The closest I found was a way to hide the price using CSS coding but this is not what we really want to do. I’d like to avoid touching the CSS if possible. Is there a way I can enter text in the pricing?

Donna,

Will you be accepting registrations while you are still determining the pricing? If so, then how will the system know what the pricing is? I’m trying to understand your use case. You either need a price, or the event will be free. We don’t have a “To Be Determined” option.

Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish?

Jonathan,

We wouldn’t be accepting registration while we are figuring out the price. What we want is like a “save the date”. Does that make a little more sense?

I’d just turn off the displaying the registration form for those events. You can turn off displaying the registration form in the Event Options.

Thank you, we were able to resolve the issue by hiding the price feature.
