"Pricing" tab is missing

Hi, I’m running 4.4.10.decaf.

The plugin seemed to deactivate itself, and when I re-activated it, the “Pricing” tab disappeared from the admin menu. I need to update the global tax options, so hoping there’s a solution? Thanks.

Hi bmenard,

Can you double check that version number please?

.decaf is the free version of the plugin, .P is the premium version, as you have an active license you should be using the .P version.

Before making any changes I recommend you create a Full Site Back-up.

However I’d like to double check everything is correct within Event Espresso, would it be possible for me to take a look at the admin?
