Price of total tickets doubled on ticket and customer confirmation emails

We are still having issues with incorrect prices being shown on the tickets and confirmation emails. The price of total tickets purchased are doubled on the ticket and customer confirmation emails

Senario: When a person orders 4 tickets @$75 for a total of $300 – Authorize.net processes the correct amount of $300, but the confirmation number and the ticket say $600!!!!! So of course people are freakin out a bit. I hacked the tickets to be correct by putting the ticket quantity to “0” in the individuals payment record. Which fixes the problem – but then i get the ” Event Espresso attendee data needs to be updated.” How is EE doubling this data?

Anybody have an idea of what may be happening or not happening – this event doesn’t happen for another 5 weeks – but i can’t keep “hacking” these orders multiple times a day to look like they should be.

Any ideas would be much appreciated as i am pulling my hair out!
thanks!

Are you running any Facebook or Twitter connect plugins?

No – just the EE social add-on – should i disable that?

Usually the double pricing happens because of a conflict with the Facebook/Twitter connect plugins. What version of Event Espresso is currently installed?

Version 3.1.24.P

I am not aware of a bug such as this with that version. However, it might be worth trying to update to the latest version. Can you please try updating to the latest version?

well – in my plugins it now says: You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades.
I thought i upgraded successfully a few days ago – my account says everything is wired up correctly??

Ughh! You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.

We are having some weird issues with the new update system at the moment. Can you please send us WP admin login credentials using the contact page so we can investigate:

Got in and updated the plugin. I also had to reset your site license key from our side. That seems to have fixed the update message that you were seeing for the Event Espresso plugin, but not the other EE addons. We are looking into that issue.

I was able to register and send myself the tickets and they are showing the correct price on the $25 tickets.

Is this only happening when they pay?

jomo

Yes – it goes through authorize.net fine but doubles in EE system.

I believe you sent us admin login credentials last night, but they do not appear to be working. If you’d like one of us to take a look, please check these and resend via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
