Could someone make the Price Modifier (beta plugin for EE3) a Price Multiplier for Deposits/Partial Payments? I am not a PHP programmer, so I can’t do it.

In other words, could the plugin be modified and used to select a modifying *multiple* as follows:

If the total price = $100, and the price modifier is

Deposit|.25
</code>

1.) Can the plugin be modified so that the total amount paying is multiplied by “.25”, returning a new TOTAL amount of $25?
2.) Would that new amount, which is smaller than the cost of registration, be allowed by EE and saved in its database as a *partial payment*, thus leaving a balance due?

Maybe it has already been done? Any takers?
