Hello,
I am using the Price Modifier add-on for additional ticket options. The addon works well, however there are two issues I am trying to work around:
1. Is there a way to apply a 2% processing fee (as with the Event Pricing section) or is the only alternative rolling in the 2%?
2. This is the big one: When I was running through tests I noticed that if I tried to modify my purchase by removing the additional event tickets (the ones using the price modifier add-on) the total price was not updated (as if the program isn’t reading that the item was removed).
Any help, especially for the latter, would be much appreciated.

Hi Pippa,
1) You will need to roll the surcharge into the price
2) That should not be happening, and I can confirm it is. I will get a developer ticket raised to look into it. Thanks for bringing that to our attention!

Hi Pippa,
Sorry I can’t give a time scale. These things go into a developer queue and the developer assigns a priority to it and works on it from there. It’s always hard to say what priority it will be given and what the work queue is like on any given day.
