Please take a look at the following event:

Select either a regular or Early Bird Pricing ticket and click register now.
On the next page it will say the ticket is only $13 or $11.

This happened for another event as well and someone actually registered for $11.00. I went into that event, updated the ticket price and it just all of the sudden worked. I’ve been trying to reproduce the issue so I went through all of the events until I found one that is behaving the same way. This really has me perplexed.

Hi David,
Can you click the cog next to one of those tickets please.
This opens up the ticket options, then post a screenshot of that section.

Hmm, ok.
I noticed the site is running EE4.2.5.p, is there a reason you have not updated to the latest version? We can’t really support such an outdate version due to the amount of bugfixes between the versions so I would recommend updating to the latest version of EE4 (be sure to have a full sit backup before doing so, just to be safe)
Is there anything that was done differently within that event than the others? Your other events are working as expected.
