Hey Guys!

I’m trying to figure out how I can prevent Pending Payment / Incomplete registrations with locked transactions from showing up. I’m assuming these are transactions that were basically abandoned.

Is there a process or something you can suggest so that I can easily delete them from our list? I have to delete them because I don’t want Pending Payment registrations to show up in our Check-In window. We had several Pending Payment registrants get checked in on accident last year.

Thank you!

Hi there,

We can’t view the image as its liking to your control panel.

Do you have a lot of those registrations?

I’m assuming assuming the registrations are selecting PayPal but not actually paying for the registration? Unless a registrant selects a payment method the transactions status should be ‘abandoned’, Pending Payment / Incomplete can happen with PayPal easily when the user does not pay, but I wouldn’t expected a very high number of those (although its possible)

I just want to confirm the registrations are actually abandoned and there is not another issue, for example is using PayPal there could be an issue with IPN’s not reaching your site.
