how to prevent user from register many times for the same event
I have the user integration add on also if it will help
registered allowed for just the members

Hi Mahmoud,
Event Espresso does no limit the amount of times any user (or member) can register onto any of the events.
However @sidney posted an example of how you can hide the Submit button on the registration page when the user has already registered onto that event in another thread here:
