Can I add additional information embedded in the QR code on a ticket? Or, can I place a second QR code to contain other information for our use?

I’m not specifically knowledgeable about adding additional info to the QR code, but with the current ticketing addon you can create and HTML ticket (designed by you) so you can have any info on the ticket you want.

I am a little lost as to where I go to customize the ticket. Is it done by creating a new index.php type file? I also cannot find where I would select that custom ticket for an event. Perhaps it only show up if I have more than one php in that folder?

Im quoting a client for installing / setting up even espresso with the new ticketing system and qr codes. Since Ive never used these addons I dont know how long it takes to set up. Any ideas of how many hours to allot myself for the install and set up of a demo event? I just need a good guess. Thanks

If you have any other questions about how to set this up, please start a new thread in the ticketing forum.

It really depends on the amount of customization your client will require. I would advise billing enough time that you think you’ll need to cover installing the ticketing plugin and uploading the mobile app api files to the server. Then figure some time to add a logo and make a few customizations. The documentation runs through 9 steps from installing, to creating a ticket, to setting up the mobile app.
