We’ve rigged it up so that the user goes through a pre-registration verification process. When we send the approval, we link to the main registration. They’re able to go all the way through to payment (theres no approval process needed now) but we still see “awaiting approval” on the backend for the main registration. They’ve already received payment and event confirmation so how do we get rid of this awaiting approval without sending them yet another email?
