I need a ticketing system for a non profit organization.
I have some pre sales questions It will be better if I can speak to someone so I can get the answers.. Please get in touch with me asap.
1. Ability to create mutliple ticket prices for a single event
2. Can the tickets be assigned as seat numbers ( once a seat is sold they ticket number should reflect that)
3. What is the process to validate the tickets sold
4. What payment gateway do you use ( is it pay pal compatible)
5. Is there a monthly charge to use the plugin or a one time fee
I also have some other questions please get back to me soon.

- Yes, you can create multiple price levels. The number of tickets available works best on a per event level, however, so any combination of adult and children’s tickets that add up to the venue’s capacity, for example.
- Unless you are using the seating chart add-on, which allows you to set one price per seat. So you could charge one price for a balcony seat and a different price for a floor section seat. You cannot, however, set more than one price per seat, so you couldn’t have an adult price and a child’s price available for the same seat.
- The registrant can receive a link in the email to the ticket, which they can then print out. You can then scan the tickets at the door with an iPhone or Android app.
- We have somewhere around 23 gateways available for EE3, and about 5 rewritten for EE4, so far. Paypal is available for either.
- The license fee is for support and updates for a year.
