TICKETS RESERVED SEATING Thanks!!
|
Hi James,
Yes users can re-print the tickets (they can be downloaded as PDF’s) and there is no limit to the amount of times a ticket can be printed.
You can add a ticket link to the registration email which will allow them to download the ticket at any time. If this email is lost you can also resend the registration email from the admin.
There is a live search feature, which allows you to type in the name of the attendee and filter the list. http://d.pr/i/wL13 Cancelling a ticket involves editing the attendee (clicking their name) & editing the payment option to cancelled. The top attendee with the red X has been cancelled.
You can create multiple ticket templates if you know a little php/html/css then assign different ticket templates to different events.
The ticket_link is added to the registration email, registration emails can be edited site-wide or event specific so yes.
Currently the only way is using an ios or android device, using said devices camera.
Can you explain this a little more please? |

Thanks, Tony, for your quick reply! I have a venue where most of the area is general seating but some is reserved. Is this possible to implement? My potential workaround is to split it into two events. I would also like to know how much control I have over the prices of the assigned seats – can they be different prices? or are they all the same price? |
Are also you wanting to sell the ‘reserved’ seating? You can reserve seats (they are visible but users can not select them) within a seating chart which stops the sales of those seats. Each seat can be a different price, but there can be only 1 price per seat. Hope that helps 🙂 |

Sorry, I’m not being totally clear. I have a situation where most of the venue is general admission (no assigned seats) but there is an area that is assigned seating, where I want users to choose and purchase the seat they want. Is this possible, all within one event? |
In this case it would need to be two events (one for assigned seating, the other for general admission). |
