Pre-Sales Question re Seating Chart

Having tried the EE3 demo. The purchase experience for selecting seats in the Seating Chart add on seems a bit long winded and unclear to an end user. Is there any setup that allows the option to select multiple tickets in one visit without having to select tickets and complete details for each purchaser.

Also is there an option to stop people from leaving single empty seats.

Also can different seats be priced differently?

Many thanks for your time

The seating chart requires at least the first name, last name, and email of the attendee for each seat selected.

No, the users are free to select any seat in the chart. I would imagine that you could do something in JavaScript to accomplish that, but it would not be an easy project.

Each seat in the seating chart is assigned it’s own price in the csv that creates the chart. So you can create special sections, or tiered pricing, etc. One thing that some users find restrictive is that each seat can only have that one price. However, you can use discount codes and/or questions that modify the price of the seat.
