I can clearly see what IS NOT included in each package but at no point do I see what IS. I would like to speak with a person. Please advise how this can be done. Judging by the level of difficulty just to ask this question I am most concerned about support. Someone better quickly convince me in person to buy! |

Hi Shelley, Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. The addons that come bundled with each package can be seen by clicking the blue plus sign next to each one here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/pre-sales-5/ Screenshot http://take.ms/Rbrb1 You can get in touch via this form https://eventespresso.com/contact/ please select Pre-sales Question from the dropdown list and it will guide you through the process. Also feel free to ask any further questions via this Pre Sales support forum. |

That’s great, but it does NOT SAY what the 51 + Premium features are, just the add-ons and in the case of ee4 for $69.95 there are no add-ons. I am very frustrated and if this is the type of support for pre-sales then I would have to say Event Espresso is not terribly interested in sales. |

Hi Shelley, I am sorry about your frustration here. We do try and make things as easy as possible but obviously we still have work to do in that area. The feature list can be found here https://eventespresso.com/features/ or from the Features menu at the top of every page. Be sure to click the filter (screenshot http://take.ms/0gmpr) for the correct version you are reviewing. Is there anything else I can assist with? |

So by this logic there is a calendar included as part of the 51 features. What is the difference between the add-on calendar and the included calendar? |
Hi Shelley, The events calendar is bundled with Event Espresso 3 support licenses so purchasing any of those such as a personal support license, business support license, or developer support license. With Event Espresso 4, we are transitioning to an a la carte model where you purchase only add-ons that you want to use for your project. The personal and developer support licenses follow this model and we’ve introduced the EE4 everything support license to make the transition from Event Espresso 3 business support license easier. — |
