Pre-Sale Question: What Plugins and Package would I need?

Hi! I used EE3 and love the changes that you’ve made for EE4. Here’s the scenario that I have, and I want to make sure before we purchase that we get the correct set of plugins/packages/etc:

We are a non-profit running an event that (obviously) requires registration. During the registration process, we would like to:
* Allow for Early Bird vs. Standard Payment
* Allow for multiple registrations at one sitting (one person to purchase multiple tickets)
* Obtain names for all attendees on each registration (the demo I am seeing defaults to adding the Attendee #1 info for each registration they buy)
* Purchase through Paypal
* Ask custom questions (eg: food preferences, accommodation needs, etc)
* Maintain a database of who’s registered/paid that can be exported for use on site
* Sends notice to our registration guru with the registration details as they come in
* Allows for sending emails to attendee’s of the event

So what do we need, and how much is it 🙂

Hi Stacy,

How are you today?

– You can have an early-bird and standard ticket option just by creating different tickets with different start/end dates. Is that what you meant by Early Bird vs. Standard Payment options?
– You can ask the same (or different) questions for the primary attendee as you can the additional attendees. Just manage the question and question groups accordingly: Questions for Primary Additional Registrants
– PayPal Standard and Pro are supported in the core version
– Exporting is standard in the core version
– There are messages sent to your staff. You can include just that one person as the recipient for admin messages, OR you might want to create an email group so that you can add or remove people from that email group easily. Does that make sense?
– You can use the “Batch Message” to send messages to a group of people.

I think all you need is Event Espresso 4 Core, or the Personal License (see pricing):

I don’t see an option for Questions for Additional Registrants. Is that only included outside of the Decafe version? I know that custom questions are, but I wasn’t sure if the Additional Registrants was as well.

Hi Stacy,

Yes. That feature is available in the premium version.

Great, so if I do the $69.95 package, would that unlock those features? Also, do you have different pricing for 501c3 buyers?

Hi Stacy, the questions groups for additional registrants is available in Event Espresso 4 so you could go with the personal support license for Event Espresso 4.
