Before purchasing, I wanted to ensure that what I need is possible with your software.
I’m needing to make events with a limited number of tickets (Ex. 100) of those tickets, there will be a limited # of VIP ticket options (ex. 20 separate VIP tickets). Each of the VIP tickets will be different (a different time).
Is this possible, and if so will I need EE3 or EE4?

Creating multiple tickets with overall, and individual limits is available as a standard features in Event Espresso 4. You’d only need the EE4 Personal License: https://eventespresso.com/product/ee4-license-personal/
