I have created pre-existing emails in the email manager for each of our various events, but the general generic payment confirmation/registration emails always sends instead – for all of the events.
I have tried switching on/off send custom emails, fancy headers are turned off…. I have tried turning off sending the generic confirmation emails but then nothing sends. When I turn it back on – it always defaults to the generic email.
Send custom confirmation emails for this event? Yes
Use a pre-existing email? Your custom email selection
And have of course updated the event?
