I am having the same problem as mentioned in this post.
https://eventespresso.com/topic/cant-find-confirmation-to-approve-attendees/
I am attempting to use the Pre-approval option however there is no Approval action link on the Attendee Reports page and the approval toggle on the Payment Record page has no effect.
Has a fix for this bug been implemented?
I am using Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P

Hi,

I assume that:

You have turned on Pre Approval in the General Settings?

That you have turned on Pre Approval in the individual event?

If so, in the attendee overview there will be a red link below the actions http://take.ms/ARLvO

Clicking this takes you to the Attendee edit screen where you need to send the invoice in order to approve the user.

Hi Dean,
Yes I do have all the features enables.
Sending the invoice works. Thank you.
However it is not quite as straight forward as suggested in the documentation here:
https://eventespresso.com/features/admin-pre-approval/
but it will do for now.

Should I assume that the one-click-solution, the ‘Approved’ action link mentioned in method 1) of the documentation, is not available?

Hi Tony,

I thought that that was still working. I checked some older versions and it seems it hasn’t been active for some time. I will raise a developer ticket to see if this was a purposeful change or a bug.
