Hi there,

We have an opton for this in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Admin Options.

There you’ll find the option ‘Link to Event Espresso in your Registration Page?’.

Set that to no and save, that should remove the above link from your site.

Please don’t post login credentials here, these forums are public.

I’m not sure what the above means, can you rephrase?

The problem is you want to remove the “powered by Event Espresso” text, correct?

Just to be sure, here’s a screenshot of the page on your site, with the text outlined in red:

Can you go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Admin Options and verify that Link to Event Espresso in your Registration Page? is set to No? If it is set to No, you can change the setting to Yes, then click Save, then change it back to No, then save once more.

You’ll need to edit the default ticket message template and remove the text from the template.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Ticket.

In the visual editor remove the text and save – http://take.ms/U0GFT
