Due to recent events, we had to postpone our April event. We already have 300 people registered. If we change the date of the events, which are set up as workshops, how will this affect the current set of registrations? Will this get automatically updated on their registration?
In short, yes, but not exactly updated on the registration. The registration itself doesn’t have a date of event. So for example, when you change a datetime so it’s on a later date, the existing ticket will continue to give access to that datetime. So any existing registrations for that ticket will automatically have access to that new date.
