Ok is that automatic? I run over 150 events a year, and need this stuff just to happen. And will it separate them by event name when it exports the names and emails?

Kind of. You will need to create a list for each event, then link each event to the corresponding list. Then you can create a campaign, for each event, that can be scheduled to automatically send on a certain date.
