Post Event Emails Not Sending

I have a few post event emails set up for several events both past and upcoming… Only seeing now that these emails have not been sending. Template is active. https://snipboard.io/WBn213.jpg

I am not sure what the issue is. What else can I check to see what is going on?

Hi there,

Do you use both Upcoming and Post notifications or just Post?

I can see in your screenshot is a custom post message template, do you know if the ‘default’ aka Global Post message templates work and its just custom that don’t or do you only use custom templates?

We use both upcoming and post: https://snipboard.io/Zgcdpy.jpg

We use both Global and Custom Post event messages and it doesn’t look like Global ones are working either.

My email log only shows three post emails going out in the last several months:

I suspect this is an issue when using both on the same event, I’ll do some digging and see.

We like using both. Upcoming is great to send out the Zoom link a day before the event and the post event is for a survey.
