Now that our event is finished I would like to print off the invoices for our bookkeeper. I am no longer to access all of the invoices as there are now only 5 pages of registrations available and not the full list. Please advise how we can access the full list again. We already know to search for all (active and inactive).

We were disappointed that our logo, even though uploaded, did not appear on the invoices – just the HTML codes with the address. Looks rather unprofessional.

1. WordPress version 4.1.1–en_GB
2. EE Version 3.1.36.6.P and Version 3.1.36.5.L (not activated)
3. Installation has been active since 17-11-2014; event took place on 8-02-2015
4. http://rotterdamexpatfair.nl/registration/

Hi,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings -> Invoice.

You can remove the HTML codes from the invoice address, is it br tags?

On that same section you can also set the URL for the image to be used within your Invoices.

When viewing your registrations be sure to set the filter to pull all records from the database – http://take.ms/8VrwI

Then click the Retrieve button and all of the records should be displayed.

Thank you for this. It appears on a new line in my browser so I didn’t see it.

I have one more question: is there a simple way to print all of the invoices without opening each registration individually?

Not currently.

The invoice for each attendee would need to be manually downloaded and printed.

How are you currently downloading the invoices?

You can download them from the registrations list, go to Event overview, click the attendee numbers – http://take.ms/1ewjE

Then set Event Espresso to pull in all of the attendee from the database using the filters mentioned above – http://take.ms/8VrwI

You’ll then get a list of all the attendees for that event.

Then click the PDF icon for each attendee – http://take.ms/kjgFY

That will download the Invoice.

Does that help?
