Good morning, I’m just waiting to check in with to ensure that some of our ticket holders will have received their tickets.
Please see the screenshot and let me know why some of the purchasers have a ticket description in purple and the rest are in green. Normally green means everything has worked fine, but I have only recently spotted some of the tickets are showing up in purple.
The purple say it is waitlist https://monosnap.com/file/Wrt01htb8Vj0DVX8OnYFzhFHDRqxd5. They can be in waitlist if, they haven’t paid the ticket. or you have set your waitlist when your ticket is full. If they’re on waitlist, they wont get any ticket.
The tickets which are going purple are free tickets (which I only made a limited number available).
All of these ticket holders that are showing purple have received ticket notice so you would assume they got their e-tickets as it is only possible to order a free one up to a limit (of 50 tickets).
Once the ticket is reached, this type of ticket currently saying sold out.
I’m very sorry for the confussion. The Registrant Name in color Green means it is approved, and the purple color for the event means it is sold out. you can confirm that if you hover your mouse over it. https://monosnap.com/file/BZ4h6P9uaPuzLWOgwuxAr6xYaZE8pI
This means, they also receive the ticket and they’re not belong to waitlist.
