Hi:

I have an active membership license, but I am not able to download the following updates. Each time I try to download these three plugins I get the current version I already have installed.

  • Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration (v1.0.4)
  • Event Espresso – Permissions (v1.5.1)
  • Event Espresso – Recurring Events (v1.1.7)

I also get the following message for each plugin on my admin’s dashboard when I have an active membership license.

You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Multiple but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Can someone help me with getting the latest version of these plugins. When I download from my account. I keep getting the currently installed plugin versions.

Thanks, Shinshuri

Those are the current versions of all three of those plugins.

Make sure you don’t have the site license key present on multiple installs of Event Espresso if you are getting that message.

I have a developer license that’s good for 5 EE installations, but the license key only works for updates on the first installation. License keys for sites 2-5 will not work for updates. My account shows the license key for site 2 has been applied properly.

I’ve seen others have this problem when there were multiple EE versions in the plugin directory. This is not the issue in my case.

Any help would be appreciated!

What happens when you try to update site #2? Is there an error message? The other sites should have the keys entered to get the auto updates.

@Chris

Please reread my post again. Yes. Those are the current versions, but the site license is not allowing me to upgrade to the new versions of the three I listed above. All the other plugin upgrades installed and upgraded fine. I am not able to get the three listed above activated. That is my issue. I’d like a resolution for this. Thank you!

@tmccowin
What versions of those plugins do you have installed? It’s possible if they are older than those that had the update engine in the code that they cannot be updated via the automatic updates. You can also simply delete the old versions off your site, download the new ones from your account page, and upload them via the Add New Plugin page in your WordPress dashboard.

@ Chris

I have the following versions installed.

  • Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration (v1.0.4) This one is already installed so no concern on this one
  • Event Espresso – Permissions (v1.5)
  • Event Espresso – Recurring Events (v1.1.6)

I have already tried to download the Permissions and Recurring Events plugin from my account with no positive results.

What happened when you tried to download Permissions 1.5.1 and recurring events 1.1.6?

I’m getting the same errors, I have a one site license and EE is installed only on one site. Should I try to reset my license?
Thanks,

@ Josh:

I am unable to download Permission 1.5.1 and Recurring Events 1.1.7. When I click these links it downloads the existing versions I already have installed for these plugins, which are 1.5 and 1.1.6.

I tripled checked your account. The older versions are not available to download. Try clearing your browser’s cache and visit your account page to download the new versions.
