Hello again,
Just purchased multiples and recurring events addons but my EE plugins are giving error messages when attempting to update those plugins. The message is:
Updating Plugin Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration (1/3)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration: Update package not available.
Updating Plugin Event Espresso – Recurring Events (2/3)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – Recurring Events: Update package not available.

Hi,
I’m sorry you are having issue’s updating.
Have you change the folder name for either of those plugins?
The Multi Event Registration Add-on should be within a folder called espresso-multiple
Recurring events within a folder called espresso-recurring
You could install the plugins manually using the guide posted here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/installing-event-espresso/ Although it is aimed at Event Espresso itself, the process is the same for the add-ons.
I’ll also reset your license key, if you can go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the key (cut), save the options, replace the key (paste) and save the options once more you should have no futher issues.
