Plugin installed “successfully” but not showing in WP admin bar. I deleted and re-uploaded plugin, same issue.

Can you tell us more about your system information.
Do you know your PHP version and WordPress Version?
Can you also check if your experience maybe related to this?

WordPress 6.3.1. and PHP version 7.4.33.
My black WP admin bar shows up but no Event Esspresso in the listing.
I see contents in the wp/contents/plugins/ eventespresso directory

Thank you for your help. Why is Square not showing as an option under Payment Methods? We purchased this EE for use with Square gateway.

You have an EE4 Personal License which gives you access to EE4 Core and the core payment methods.
You can either purchase the Square payment method separately:

Or switch to the EE4 Everything license to get access to all of our add-ons:
