We received your request for priority support. I’m afraid the FTP account you sent only gives access to an empty folder on the server. Can you either:
a) change the account to allow it access to the site’s wp-content folder
or
b) re-send the support token form and include FTP information for an account that can access the site’s wp-content folder?
Thank you for sending the updated information. I was able to re-install Event Espresso 4. You can view your registrations by going to your site’s dashboard, then to Event Espresso > Registrations.
