I saw in the forum there were some posts in February 2013 about this issue but I didn’t see a resolution. I have the WordPress time zone set up correctly for New York since we are on the east coast in Virginia. All events in the calendar are showing hours ahead of the actual time we entered into the calendar. When we deactivate the Event Espresso plugin the times display correctly. I only have the Event Espresso plugin – I do not have the Event Espresso Calendar plugin installed. Since this issue only happens when we have the Event Espresso plugin activated, does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue. The customer is becoming extremely unhappy with Event Espresso at this point. We’ve tried changing the WP time zone back hours since we know Event Espresso will push the event times up by 4 hours but that’s not the correct fix.
Thanks,
Jason

I am sorry about that, we do have a ticket in place to resolve it, but it is doubtful it will be resolved in version 3.1.X due to the way it is coded.
The developers have advised this has been resolved in version 4.1 (yes 4.0 hasnt been released yet, but we are always working a version or two ahead!).
I cant advise fixed timescales on releases but 4.0 is due to be released very soon and we have a faster release schedule in place now so new versions should come quite quickly.
Thanks for the prompt response. I’ll try to advise them to change the time on the events back 4 hours in the meantime until we see the resolution. Event Espresso is an awesome plugin and functionality is exactly what we need.
