Hi Robert,
Or course, since we don’t recommend hacking core PHP files, I can recommend moving the divs around with jQuery. This way your changes won’t break after future updates, and you won’t be unnecessarily avoiding updates to avoid breaking your changes.

You find the divs that you want to move by using Firebug. Not sure how to use Firebug? This video explains how:
