Please reset my license ASAP

Ijust renewed my license to use for on a website presentation and see that I cannot use it because it’s still attached to an old domain I’m not using. There doesn’t seem to be a way to update the plugin? Please expedite the reset process.

Hi there,

I’ve just put your reset through for you now.

The license key allows you to use one-click updates and allows us to provide support for the site linked to the license, however, note that you can always update EE (and its add-ons) manually if needed:

All of the data used in EE is stored in the database and you will not lose any by doing the above although it is highly recommended to backup your database before doing any updates just to be safe.
