Please reset my key

Hello, could you please reset my key? I removed it from the old website and added it to the new one, but it seems not to work.

Hi Simona,

Support licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so you would need to renew your license for the key to work on a new site.

If you view your account page there should be a ‘renew’ button next to your license key which you can use to purchase a new license.

Hello, sorry for misunderstanding, this is not a new website, domain is the same (we just refreshed WordPress installation). We see it’s currently associated with www.******.com/2016, now it’s only www.*****.com (without year folder). Is it possible to reactivate it? Thanks

The license key has no effect on EE other than support and updates, the key wouldn’t be valid as you have no license so would not provide either so you don’t need the key.

You can continue to use Event Espresso without a license key, just go to:

Event Espresso -> General Settings -> License Key

Remove the key from there and save the settings.
