Getting the error again. I have read that updated post on how to fix and have uploaded the new file though FTP. Please reset the key please.

What is the delay in getting the key reset????

Hi Chris,

The delay was due to the support forum being shut for the US Thanksgiving holiday.

Your licence key has been reset now.

Please let us know if that doesnt resolve the issue.
