In EE3, it was extremely easy to give someone a credit and/or reduce the amount owed on the back end. In EE4, it is nearly impossible. I have to add public payment options for some rate that I work out with a participant, delete the original registration, re-register under the new ticket price (which was created for one person), and everyone gets confused. So I’m just requesting again, please please PLEASE change the back end so that an administrator can simply change the amount owed for a participant, no matter how they registered.

Hi David, try applying a negative refund via the payment details area on the transaction details screen (there is a small button) and then adding a note like this:
Event Admin – adjustment – increase in ticket cost
Once you save, that will raise the amount due.
