When trying to buy the product it continues to request billing information even once all fields have been completed. Payment method was recently switched from PayPal Pro to PayPal Commerce, and that’s when this issue started. Going to transactions, it says the transaction failed as a result of invalid order ID. Event Espresso 4.
EE creates multiple entries logging the request/response from PayPal in Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Logs (tab at the top of the table).
‘Transaction failed as a result of invalid order ID’ is not an error response I’ve seen before so I’d like to review the logs to see what is happening.
