Please Call Within 24 Hours Message on Email Confirmation

When people register and pay for an event, they receive an email that says something along the lines of “Please call 24 before the event to confirm..” Where would this message be? I need to remove it. I have searched in every panel in the admin area and its not there. It’s not in the email settings area on the general settings page. I have searched the actual files in the plugins folder and it didn’t find it in there.

Any ideas? I need this removed.

HI Kevin,

That’s the first time I’ve heard of that. Can you ask one of your customers to send you a copy of the email they received? That might help us pinpoint where it’s coming from.

Do you have other plugins on your site that send emails? Does your payment gateway have a message like that in their payment confirmation emails?
