The warning you posted as the title of this thread would not be related to caching, that’s actually something related to your server setup, and would happen when someone downloads a PDF invoice.
If you suspect you have a caching issue, the solution is never going to be deactivate W3TC. Instead, what you’ll need to do is reactivate W3TC, then go through its settings and deactivate each caching option (typically database caching and object caching are what cause the trouble).
