It looks like your server is using PHP8, is that correct?
(You can check in Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information, search for ‘php version’)
If so Event Espresso is not fully compatible with PHP8 currently and you’ll need to switch down to PHP7 on the server. Your host may have an option for you to do this in your control panel or you may need to contact them to do it for you.
