Permanently delete test users?

When we run reports, they are showing users that we created as a test. Is there a way to permanently delete these through Event Espresso or should we delete them in phpMyAdmin?

Thanks!

Hi Gabriele,

Are the test users registered for a test event? If so, you can permanently delete the test event and the test users will not show up in the reports. Permanently deleting an event is a two-step process:

1) Delete the event from the event overview.
2) Once an event is deleted, it will be viewable if you set the status filter in the Event Overview to view deleted events. When you view “Deleted” events, there will be an option to permanently delete the event.

In the case where the test users were registered for an event that is now being used for live/real registrations, the test user records can be dropped from the database by using phpmyadmin.
