Hi,
Does EE require that I use a specific type of permalink?
Currently mine are set to ‘plain’

Hi there,

EE doesn’t require it but your visitors will appreciate it more (as will search engines) if you use one of the other options.

Most people prefer to use ‘Post name’ but it depends on the site.
