I have just noticed that if I have tickets that have a value of zero amongst other tickets that do have a value, then when I pay the ticket off the ones with a zero value are not approved but the others do get approved.
I can reproduce this so need some more details if possible. Can you post the steps taken for these registrations? Is it just a standard registration, select tickets, provide details and pay?
Which payment method are you using?
Are you requesting personal info for each registrant or only the primary?
Can you link me to the event so I can take a look?
I selected all tickets and used Check to finalize the registration, at the event of the registration all registrations were pending payment – http://take.ms/dguVR
It’s actually yet to be decided whether this is a bug, or if it’s a place in the admin payments UI that can be improved. If you pay using PayPal or one of the other online payment methods, then all of the registrations will get set to Approved.
This particular issue has been brought to the attention of one of the developers so they’re aware. Until this gets sorted out, you’ll need to manually update the registrations that don’t require payment to Approved before or after you apply the payment to the registrations that do require payment.
