Hi, we’ve been having problems with your plugin. About 50% of the customers who book our events are never acutally registered as participants. Those people say that the booking process goes normal, but when we check our admin area, these people are not registered at all. We start to wonder how many more people tried to register??? What is going wrong? Why does this happen? This is costing us business. Please could you help? Thank you Nadine

One thing that may make a difference in this case is if there are any caching plugins enabled. Are the registration pages getting cached?
