Hello. I have had 2 people sign up for one of my classes I am offering and under the event overview where it should say 2/20 attendees it still says 0/20 attendees. However, I know they signed up because paypal alerted me that they paid online.
What is their status? I am assuming “incomplete” (the red circle with an exclamation mark in it). It so they are registered but do not count towards the attendee count, as the system is saying the payment hasnt come through.
Also can you check in the event to see what the “Default Payment Status for Event:” setting is set to?
