People going through that have not paid – with Infusionsoft

Hey everyone! Need some assistance here. We thought we had this set up right, but we are having people register through Event Espresso and then once they do, they are tagged to start the campaign in Infusionsoft. However, we have people going through the process and getting the tag, but we show no orders in the system, like they’re not paying, but still getting registered. Is there something we set up wrong?

You might want to turn on the “Full Logging” option in the EE general settings page until it is sorted out. That way you’ll be able to track a particular users requests as they move through the registration process.
What is odd is the order is created at the same time the contact and product(event) are created, if they are not in the system already. In espresso-infusionsoft/index.php line 178.
