Hey there,
first I got some people in people admin who are assigned to events. The peoples names and their photo are shown on the single event site. Is it possible, to also show their phone number and email next to the name?
The location (venue) is displayed on single event sites. Where can I disable the “topic”?

Yes you can, but you will to be comfortable with PHP.
You will find the default template used for the people add-on within:
\eea-people-addon\public\templates\
content-espresso_events-people.php is used to inject the details into the event details.
content-espresso_people-details.php is used for single ‘people’ output.
You can copy those template to your child themes roote directory and add any details your need there.

I’m not sure what you mean here, could you explain further?
