Yes you can, but you will to be comfortable with PHP.
You will find the default template used for the people add-on within:
\eea-people-addon\public\templates\
content-espresso_events-people.php is used to inject the details into the event details.
content-espresso_people-details.php is used for single ‘people’ output.
You can copy those template to your child themes roote directory and add any details your need there.

I’m not sure what you mean here, could you explain further?
